Payment
Transactions are handled using Stripe. All credit card information is communicated between the browser and Stripe directly, and not through our servers. We use Stripe tokens to keep track of transactions and access stored credit card information.
Delivery
We will send you the Font(s) files along with documentation (if any) or download link to the email address provided by you when placing the order. That is constituting the performance of our obligation to grant license.
Usually the Font’s file(s) is delivered on the day of payment, but no later than three calendar days from the date of payment.
Return policy
We are not offering returns, our rule is “all sales are final”. The Licensee is welcome to use our trial font to make sure they fit his/her expectations.
In some exceptional cases at Licensee’s request, we may, at our discretion, provide a discount towards your future purchases or replacement of the Fonts if the following conditions have been met:
The Fonts have never been used in any published or released artwork by Licensee.
No more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, specified on the Receipt.
The Fonts have been completely removed or destroyed from all Licensee’s installations, servers, and backups.
Such requests are usually processed within 3-5 business days. If you want to submit a request, you must write to us at info@fontuma.com indicating the order number and the desired actions.
Warranty
The Fonts are provided “as is”. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Font rests upon you. There are no warranties and conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, made by the Fontuma with respect to the Font.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION CREATED BY LAW IS ONLY EFFECTIVE FOR АTHIRTY (30) DAY WARRANTY PERIOD. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND AFTER THE THIRTY (30) DAY WARRANTY PERIOD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential, special damages, or implied warranties, so the exclusions noted above may not apply. Otherwise, and to the extent permissible by law, Customer agrees that all implied warranties are not effective for more than thirty (30) days or the shortest period allowed by law, whichever is less.
However, we strive to provide the fonts of the highest quality. If the Licensee is not completely satisfied with his/her purchase or has comments on the quality of the font or other claims, please contact us via email info@fontuma.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
